QUESTIONS DURING PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING:

During the pre-proposal meeting several questions were raised. Each question and answer is provided below:

1. Is it true that there is a TClip fail for the asbestos and lead based paint?

Answer: Our only information is what is contained in the reports.

2. Is a State demolition permit required?

Answer: You will need to check with the state.

3. Are updated asbestos and lead based paint tests required?

Answer: We do not have any additional information available to clarify or make recommendations. It is up to each contractor to make the determination.

4. Will additional soil need to be removed at the site?

Answer: It is up to each contractor to make the determination. All processes must be completed as per state code.

5. Can paint and asbestos be taken to the County dump?

Answer: You will need to contact County Landfill to make that determination.

6. Is a bid bond required on this project?

Answer: A bid bond is not required.

7. What is the physical address of Long Branch?

Answer: We do not know the physical address.

Additional Info: There are concerns of lead based paint, asbestos and possible hanta-virus in the buildings.
