Lone Pine Environmental Assessment Phase 2 Class III Cultural Resources Inventory

Q1: If snow coverage does not allow for 80% ground visibility by April 15th, will the period of performance be extended?

A1: Yes. The dates in the SOW are only estimates. A revised timeline will be discussed and agreed to at the pre-work conference. The end date of field work is intended to be completed this season if weather permits.

Q2: If funding becomes available and the optional units are awarded, will the period of performance be extended to accommodate the additional acreage?

A2: Yes. See the revised option period exercise dates and periods of performance. Unless funds are available early enough, the option items will be performed in the 2020 field season.

Q3: The acreage of the units on Contract Map_02_A02.pdf does not match the acreage in the SOW-is the entire acreage shown on the map, could you please clarify acreage of the units and/or an updated map? Also, could you provide a map that shows each optional unit?

A3: See revised and corrected maps.

Q4: Could you provide a copy of last year’s Lone Pine Survey report?

A4: This information will be provided to the successful offeror as part of the pre-work conference and data package available for review. See page 6 of the revised Statement of Work.
