Initial Questions and Answers
Question 1: Can rock be allowed to fall into the creek?
Answer 1: Yes, only incidental rockfall should be allowed to enter the creek. The expectation is to have rock moved to the waste area or retained on the mountainside above the creek.
Question 2: Is there public access to the road?
Answer 2: Yes, the road is currently open to non-motorized use and local traffic.
Question 3: Can explosives be used?
