There is no incumbent for this opportunity.
2.) If so, who is the incumbent?
There is no incumbent for this opportunity.
3.) What is the contract number?
There is no previous contract number.
4.) Is there an opportunity for this work to extend beyond the 4 years listed in the SOW?
This contract is for a base plus four option years at the discretion of the government to exercise.
5.) Who can I work with to arrange a sight visit with my team?
No site visit is being offered for this. Pictures of the generators have been uploaded to amendment P00001 under Attachment 6 – Generator Pictures for more information.
6.) If over the time of contract, anything happens that will require generators to be repaired or any parts needing to be replaced, is this possibility to be included in the initial quote submission or is this something that can be billed separately on a case by case/ as needed situation?
The repair and any replacement of parts would be handled by any entirely different contract/purchase order. We are just asking for the annual maintenance of these generators. If this problem would come up we would address that under a separate situation.
7.) According to the Inspection Checklist attachment is the Load Bank Test required along with the inspection?
Yes, we would like the load bank test also.
