Starch Damage Measurement System

Analyzer for measuring starch damage in flour. Must include:

- Measurement probe, stirrer and heater resistor.

- USB memory stick with software and user manual.

- Necessary cables (power supply, PC cable connection).

- Touch screen and special pen.

- Reaction bowls, spoons and cleaning container.

- Plastic bottle and dropper.

Software- The software is embedded into the equipment. It is controlled with a touch-screen that requires a special pen designed to avoid damaging its surface. The user moves through the menu using self-explanatory icons.

Size- 390mm L x 370mm W x 250mm H (15.3” x 14.6” x 9.8”)
