About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the USDA Forest Service, specifically for the BDF Road Maintenance 2025 project in San Bernardino National Forest, California. Amendment A00002 provides responses to seven Request for Information (RFI) queries, clarifying key project details such as: local fill can be used, no erosion repairs are currently required, water is not needed, the contractor must mark underground utilities at mobilization cost, USFS will not perform brushing, rocky road sections can be skipped during motor grader blading, and no additional rolling dips will be installed beyond existing leadoffs and OSDs (Outslope Drains).

The solicitation number is 127EAW25R0059, with an effective date of 09/09/2025 and an original solicitation date of 08/13/2025. The amendment emphasizes that failure to use the revised documents and requirements may result in a non-responsive proposal. The contract is being administered by the USDA Forest Service, Field Procurement Operations, Procurement & Property Services, Contract Service Area 6 – Construction.
