Request for Information No. 1 Solicitation: 127EAW22R0038
Question No. 1:
The vault toilet manufactures are currently showing lead times of 120 to 180 days out after submittal/design approval. Will the demo be allowed this fall and placement of the new vault toilets next spring leaving a hole for the new vault? Or, will a winter suspension cover enough contract time for demo and placement of the vault toilets in the spring?
Response: In order to allow for delivery lead times, site work, weather shutdown and make safe items the period of performance of 120 days set forth in Block 11, SF-1442 and Section F, 52.211-10 is hereby revised to 270 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
