1.01 SCOPE OF WORK: The Angeles National Forest is requesting a rental contract for a Two-Station Shower/Bathroom Combination Trailer for the Oak Flats Fire Station. The combination trailer will be rented for a 6-month period and will include delivery, initial setup, and pickup of the unit after the 6-month rental period. Included in the trailer should be two hand wash stations, two standard toilets and two standard showers.
Ideally, the government would like to have the combination trailer discharge all waste into a septic system on site. The septic system is comprised of a 2,000-gallon septic tank with 400 linear feet of leach lines. A trailer pad measuring approximately 8ft-W by 32ft-L can be used to accommodate the staging of the combination trailer. Intake to the existing septic tank is approximately 30-35 feet away from the trailer pad, which the contractor will have to connect to.
