About this file

This document is a Supplementary Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of a new communications shelter for the USDA Forest Service at the Rosies Ridge site in the Bridger-Teton National Forest. The SOW details precise requirements for a PEPRO LLC 8'x8'x8' shelter with an integrated 40' articulating mast, specifying extensive technical specifications including equipment rack configurations, power and RF cable management, lighting, battery systems, grounding, surge protection, ventilation, solar panel mounting provisions, and specific antenna mounting requirements.

The SOW also outlines comprehensive installation and demolition instructions, requiring the contractor to deliver the shelter to a specified location in Moran, WY at least 4 weeks prior to installation, safely offload and install the new shelter at the Rosies Ridge communications site, and completely demolish and remove the existing 6'x6' CMU shelter and 25' ROHN tower. Additional requirements include disconnecting existing commercial power and telecom circuits, with all demolition debris to be disposed of in accordance with state and federal environmental regulations. The project involves site-specific design compliance with TIA-222 standards and OSHA safety requirements.
