QUESTIONANSWERS
1. HVAC - We do not find a reference in the specs or on the drawings to the required size of HVAC unit. 10. The Lyncole audit report calls for XIT K2-6-60CS straight shaft chemical ground rods. If our grounding system design allows for “L” shaped rods can we utilize them to save the cost of drilling? As long as that solution meets or exceeds the resistance aspects as straight shaft.
11. Is there a geotechnical soils report available for this site? It would be helpful to estimate the cost of trenching.None other than the existing Lincole testing. Trenching estimates should be done during site visit.
12. I do not see a requirement to furnish and install replacement interior RF jumpers but assume this will be required due to replacement of the cable tray and relocation / configuration of the equipment racks. Typically we would use LMR400 cable for these jumpers, is this acceptable?Yes and LMR 400 is acceptable.
