The solicitation opened on October 16, 2024, at 2:00 PM CDT, with proposals due by December 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM CST. The initial contract term is two years, effective July 1, 2025, with options for up to four additional one-year renewal terms at the state's discretion. The RFP is classified under commodity code 95874 (Human Resources Management Services) and specifies payment terms of Net 60 with no prepayment discount. Respondents are required to read and acknowledge all terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation documents, including the main RFP document and Addendum 1. Any exceptions to the standard terms and conditions must be submitted as a redlined Microsoft Word document separate from the technical response. The state reserves the right to award the contract without further negotiation or to negotiate terms with the selected respondent if deemed in the state's best interest. Respondents requesting confidential treatment of specific information must complete Form 22, mark confidential materials clearly on each page, and submit a public copy with confidential information excised. The incumbent provider is Sedgwick, which has served since 2001. Prospective respondents must meet a minimum qualification requirement of 15 years' experience serving large public sector clients.
