The USDA, ARS, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (USMARC) requires onsite delivery of Beef Balancer Pellets to the USMARC feed lot. Balancer Pellets are ordered in three different varieties specified below. Contractor is to provide all transportation required for deliveries. Balancer Pellets shall be delivered in an auger truck (not a belly dump truck) at the feed lot. All Beef Balancer Pellets not meeting specifications defined in this solicitation shall be rejected.

Quotes will be evaluated first on the technical capability of item offered to meet the government requirement; second on the vendors past performance; lastly, price per ton for each product. This will be a market cost (FOB destination)-plus priced indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Vendors wishing to compete for this contract must provide a firm fixed dollar amount per ton over market cost (FOB destination) for each of the three products being solicited and the product cost for the month of March 2019. All transportation costs shall be considered inclusive to market cost for delivery to the U.S. Meat Animal Research Center in Clay Center, NE 68933.
