About this file

This document contains a schedule attachment for a request for proposal for non-native invasive plant management services across four zones within the Mark Twain National Forest in Missouri. The solicitation seeks contractors to provide physical, mechanical, and herbicide-based treatment of various invasive plant species across approximately 9,000 acres. Services are organized into five categories including manual, mechanical, integrated mechanical and herbicide, and foliar herbicide treatments. Manual treatments include hand pulling and removal of small infestations up to five acres. Mechanical treatments involve mowing, brushing and cutting of various plant species. Integrated treatments combine mechanical removal and cutting with herbicide application to stumps or foliage. Foliar herbicide treatments use different application methods depending on plant density and location. Pricing is provided for base and option years by treatment category and zone. The pre-bid meeting information and contact for any questions are also noted.
