1264R419R0001 Amendment 01

Q1. Shape files - in the past we have been able to receive shape files for the task order areas. They are extremely helpful putting our team at the right location. Some shape files are older or have not been updated- curious to know if shape files have been updated and if they will be available under this contract as well?

A1. Shapefiles are available for each task order upon request. All inventory and treatment polygons are update when changes warrant changes in inventory or treatment boundaries when efficacy monitoring is completed. Changes to target species canopy cover and densities are maybe be tabular with no actual changes to polygons. Please note that if the shapefiles are too large to be emailed it may be necessary to visit the COR to obtain a copy on a contractor provided disc/flashdrive.

Q2. Previous contract numbers/holders.

A2. The previous FY15 iteration of this contract consisted of a set of 5 multiple award task order contracts. The contract numbers are listed below – other limited information available to the public may be obtained by researching those contract numbers through FedBizOpps.

• AG-64R4-C-15-0006

• AG-64R4-C-15-0007

• AG-64R4-C-15-0008

• AG-64R4-C-15-0009

• AG-64R4-C-15-0010

Q3. Will the contractors find out how much the Task Orders will be awarded at?

A3. Task Orders will be solicited via email. After the Task Order is awarded, CO will send a follow up email with the awarded price. This will be the total Task Order price.

Q4. Question asked regarding changes to the submission of Daily Logs.

A4. Reference page 4 of Attachment 2. The paragraph with the heading Daily Logs/Diaries has been amended to require more frequent log submission. This is not an attempt to be punitive, but to encourage better communication between COR and contractor.
