About this file

This document contains questions and answers related to Solicitation 126395Q1124488 issued by the USDA/APHIS for the procurement of 17 cattle. The solicitation specifies that quotes are due on 4/19/2024 and delivery of the cattle is required by 5/14/2024. The cattle should weigh between 400-500 lbs. This is a one-time procurement, not a multi-year study. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 112111 with a $2.5M size standard. The quote package must include the completed provisions listed in the solicitation as well as the Pricing Schedule, but no additional forms are required. Respondents must be registered in SAM, but the SAM registration alone does not fulfill the requirement to complete the solicitation provisions.
