The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with a due date of February 27th and an anticipated contract start date of March 15th. The incumbent contractor, McKenzie's Cleaning Inc., held the previous contract (12639522C0004) valued at $604,545.00 annually. Key facility details include 65 employees, approximately 100 small desk wastebaskets, and 12 large garbage receptacles, with terrazzo flooring dating 16 years old requiring strip and wax services. Additional requirements include pressure washing the dock area at 3,500-4,000 PSI, cleaning exterior first-floor glass and entrance areas, and disinfecting conference room furniture and surfaces. All janitorial personnel require contractor LinPass badges for facility access, and chemical products must be EPA-registered. The government clarified that janitorial personnel do not require constant escorts but will be issued facility access cards, flexibility will be provided for Integrated Payment Plan onboarding delays, and defect cure times require clarification beyond the document's scope.
