About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a USDA APHIS contract (12639525Q0221) issued on 08/26/2025. The amendment modifies the Statement of Work to clarify contractor requirements for aircraft maintenance and repair. Key changes include specifying that Part 145 certification is preferred, not required, and detailing technical requirements for aircraft maintenance.
The contract requires contractors to comply with state statutes for aircraft repair facilities, maintain and repair aircraft according to Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Parts 91 and 43, and Piper & CubCrafters Maintenance Manuals. Mechanics must be A&P licensed with Inspection Authorization, have verifiable experience with piston-powered fixed-wing aircraft, and preferably have completed training at an FAA-accredited maintenance school. Contractors with an FAA Part 145 repair station in Oklahoma will be given preference. The period of performance is 09/25/2025 to 09/24/2030.
