2.0 STATEMENT OF WORK
TITLE OF CONTRACT

Service Plan is purchased from Hamilton - they are the only ones who can service the machine.

PREMIUM PLUS - Service Agreement Includes:
• Priority dispatch for contract customers
• A target response time of 24 hours for a down instrument
• A guaranteed response time of 48 hours for a down instrument

Justification for using Hamilton
Hamilton is the manufacturer of the instrument and the only company in the market approved to perform the maintenance on their machines; therefore, Hamilton is the sole source and vendor of these services. It is a requirement of ISO/IEC 17025, the standard that the S&T Plant Pathogen Confirmatory Diagnostics Laboratory (PPCDL) operates under, that all calibrations and equipment maintenance be performed by an ISO accredited company or the instrument manufacturer. Failure to meet this requirement would result in the loss of accreditation for the S&T Plant Pathogen Confirmatory Diagnostics Laboratory (PPCDL) and severely affect the confirmatory diagnostics performed by the lab for PPQ.FIFRA GLP Preliminary (5-batch) Analysis study for the pesticide active ingredient, biochar
