Question: Where is the place of performance?

Answer: The most centralized location, based on aircraft operations within the specified states, is the place of performance listed in the solicitation, Gainesville, FL. However, the location of the contractor’s maintenance facility is not strictly limited to this single location. Rather, the overall centrality of the contractor’s maintenance facility(s) will factor into the Government’s comparative analysis of Best Value in terms of the Government’s projected ferry/operating costs to/from the maintenance facility.
