About this file

This document is a Prior Experience Questionnaire related to a federal contract opportunity for the aerial release of sterile fruit flies. The questionnaire requests information about the contractor's prior experience, including contract details, project descriptions, and client evaluations. It includes a rating scale for the client to assess the contractor's performance across various criteria such as compliance with requirements, quality standards, timeliness, and management of personnel and equipment.

The related federal contract opportunity is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide aircraft and crew services for the aerial release of sterile fruit flies in support of the Mediterranean Fruit Fly Preventative Release Program in the Los Angeles Basin and other locations in California. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), in conjunction with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), is conducting this program to prevent infestations of this pest and mitigate the associated economic impacts.
