Purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:

Change section 1.2 Scope of Work in the Hours Section. This is to clarify that duties are to be performed one day per week and remove the verbiage of "daily" from that paragraph in the SOW.

In order to be considered for this contract the Contractor must submit the following:

• The 1449 (page 1) with the following blocks completed: 17, 30a, 30b, and 30c.

• A firm fixed price quote showing the price for line items 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 and 0005.

• Information on the contractor’s company and the services they are offering to provide in order for the government to conduct the comparative evaluation of quotes as outlined in the section below entitled “Evaluation of Quotes” on page 4. Contractors should submit detailed and sufficient information in order for the government to conduct a comparative evaluation of their quote.

• Paragraph (b) of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-

Commercial Items if you have completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) Website located at https://www.sam.gov/portal. PART II – STATEMENT OF WORK

1.0 BACKGROUND

This requirement is for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health and Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS).

USDA APHIS Wildlife Services (WS) in Pocatello, Idaho. This program provides supplies to support Wildlife Services mission. The mission of USDA APHIS Wildlife Services (WS) is to provide Federal leadership and expertise to resolve wildlife conflicts to allow people and wildlife to coexist.

1.1 CONTRACT TYPE AND TERM

This solicitation will result in the issuance of a firm fixed price multiple year commercial services janitorial contract.

The base period of performance will be from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 and shall be for a base period of twelve months with four (4) twelve (12) month options to renew. The

Contractor shall be notified by written notice within 60 days contract anniversary date of the

USDA’s intent to renew the contract. If all the option periods are exercised by the USDA, the contract will expire on September 30, 2027.

1.2 SCOPE OF WORK

Services are to be performed at the USDA facility located at: USDA APHIS WS Office, Pocatello, ID. The square footage of the area to be cleaned is 3,000 sq.ft. Pricing shall include all costs necessary to accomplish the services in the statement of work (including but not limited to:

overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, transportation, labor hours, equipment and supplies).

The janitorial services will meet with all standards of cleanliness, which will reflect good housekeeping, as determined by the on-site Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The

Statement of Work will be incorporated into the contract. The Government will furnish all hand paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, air fresheners, toilet seat covers and hand soap.

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary cleaning supplies (disinfectant, cleanser, furniture polish, floor cleaner, glass cleaner, feminine product for dispensers, disposal bags and urinal cakes, mops, floor buffer & pads, brooms, dusters and cloths) and equipment (mop buckets, vacuum cleaners) and equipment (floor buffers, buffer heads, wax striping heads, carpet cleaning machines and supplies), and other supplies required to perform services stated in the statement of work for the cleanliness of the building.

The Government shall furnish:

All consumable products inclusive of but not limited to: all hand paper towels, trash bags, air fresheners, toilet seat covers and hand soap.

Hours: Janitorial Services to be performed one day per week (Contractor may choose the day of the week to perform services): Monday (Excluding national holidays and weekends), hours of business Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM to ensure completion of all the daily tasks listed below. All services will be performed on every visit unless otherwise noted.
