B1-12639520Q0031 Solicitation Questions & Answers 12/23/2019

Q: Is there an incumbent presently taking care of these buildings?

A: No. This is a new contract that combines all ten buildings. Using existing or old contracts would be a poor comparison to the Scope of Work in place at this time.

Q: Is there an annual value of the existing contract?

A: See above answer.

Q: What is the cleanable size of each building (sq. ft.) and how many windows/ A: This is main reason for the site visit. A quote provided as a “sight-unseen” could be either less than the value of the contract or over the amount. On sight visit is highly recommended.

Q: Are there floor plans available?

A: No. Reason supporting on site visit.

Q: Can a site map be provided?

A: There none available at time of question. We will check. You can find by checking public records and via the internet you will be able to see the area as released by the DOD/USDA publication office.

Q: Do we need to send a copy of the persons Drivers license prior to the on-site visit?

A: No, We respect individual’s privacy. Persons entering the base will require picture ID. Individuals driving onto base will be required to have current license and insurance.
