Statement of Work Project: Tilt Pan Scanner with Mirrors system for use with GasFinder3-OP Ammonia
(NH3) Laser
GENERAL INFORMATION
1.0 Scope of Work:
Provide a Tilt Pan Scanner with Mirrors system that can be use with a GasFinder3- OP NH3 laser.
2.0 Background:
This instrument to allow a single GasFinder3-OP laser to measure multiple locations and keep laser alignment over long periods.
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
3.0 Technical Requirements/Tasks:
• The tilt-pan scanner must be fully compatible and operate with an existing GasFinder3-OP laser
• The tilt-pan scanner must be capable of monitoring multiple active measurement paths (up to eight different successive retro-reflectors).
• The scanner must be capable of auto-light optimizing to maintain optimum optical alignment between the GasFinder3-OP laser and retro-reflector array.
• The scanner must be fully compatible with and controlled by GasViewMP software
• The scanner/controller must fully capable of interfacing with existing GasFinder3-OP and GasViewMP software and to be remotely operated with either a cell modem or radio modem
• System shall include Tilt Pan Scanner, with mirrors, power and control center module, tripod for scanner and two retro-reflectors
• Warranty: Standard warranty on OEM parts and technical support including remote diagnostics
• Qty: 1 complete Tilt Pan Scanner with mirrors system
4.0 Deliverables/Schedule:
Shall be delivered onsite within 90 days of award.
5.0 Place of Delivery:
USDA-ARS, The National Laboratory for Agriculture and the Environment (NLAE), 1015 North University Boulevard, Ames, IA, 50011.
6.0 Technical Point of Contact:
