Question 1: I saw in the pricing requirements it said “to include shipping”. Could you clarify?
Answer 1: “To include shipping” was included in error. There is no shipping involved in this service contract.
Question 2: Could you clarify what the “technical requirements” are and how you would like them presented?
Answer 2: Need to show that you can satisfactorily perform the requirement.
Question 3: What format would you like the pricing in? Do you want each type of material priced on a per acre basis or would you like all materials priced at 1 flat per acre price?
Answer 3: One flat per acre price.
Question 4: What will be considered “satisfactory past performance” and how would you like that presented?
Answer 4: Satisfactory past performance is successfully performing a similar requirement in the past, either for the government or private entity. Present it by providing contract details (description of service performed, when it was done, point of contact for who it was done for, etc.).
