Amendment 01 includes the following questions and answers:

Q-1. What is your estimated production in plots per man/day?

Q-1. A 3 person crew can do 1 acre/day of conifer measurements. A 2 person crew can do 1-2 acres/day of bulk density sampling. A 2 person crew can do 2 acres/day of forest floor collecting. A 3-4 person crew can do 1-1.5 acres/day biomass sampling

Q-2. Does the government typically work in crew of 2-3 people when performing this work and if so how many plots do they accomplish?

A-2. PSW has contracted out this work for last 20 years, so no good current data on gov't rates.

Q-3. Has the PSW ever contracted out this type of work before? If so, can you please provide the past awarded contractor info and when it was contracted out?

A-3. Yes: 2000 Duck Creek Associates; 2005 NRM;

2010 and 2015 Jefferson Resource

Q-4. Can you please clarify when the data collection/services can be performed? I.e. can the work be done anytime between November-March?

A-4. Work can be done after conifer growth stops in fall of year listed on Schedule of Work

(Attachment 00) up until shrubs start to shed their leaves. This is usually August through

October. Work can be done in early spring of the following year up until the time vegetation starts to grow. But as this growth-starting date is usually early March, access is a problem due to snow (several of the sites are over 6000 feet in elevation)

Q-5. Is there a manual associated with this work?

If so, can you make it available?

A-5. No manual on procedures. I explained the specifications for Specific Work Requirements.

Q-6. The contract states that a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 20 plots will be measured at each site. Can you please be more specific of how many
