About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) is for storage space procurement by the US Department of Agriculture's Southern Research Station Forest Inventory and Analysis (FIA) unit in Knoxville, TN. The contract requires three separate storage units: one 15x30 drive-up unit with double doors (450 square feet) and two 10x20 drive-up units with single doors (200 square feet each). Key requirements include 24/7 access from 6am-10pm, video surveillance, a fenced perimeter, first-floor access, and proximity of units within the same facility.
The contract period includes a base period from December 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with four optional one-year extension periods through September 30, 2030. If a new storage facility is selected at the contract's start, the contractor must move existing storage items from the current units. The agency specifies that no relocation will be required during the contract's duration, and the units must accommodate the research station's storage needs with specific access and security provisions.
