About this file

This document contains Additional Questions and Answers related to Solicitation 12444324Q0070 for the demolition and clean-up of two former residences on Wayne National Forest property. The questions address the nature and potential contamination of coal piles found at the site. The responses indicate that the coal has been assumed to be for residential use based on the location, but contractors are advised to inspect the material and make their own determinations. Contractors are also advised to bid the project based on the Statement of Work and their own site observations, as well as disposal facility requirements. No additional information is available on the origin of the coal. This appears to be a supplemental Q&A document rather than a full Statement of Work or other procurement document.
