About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity 12444226Q0002 addressing the purchase, removal, and installation of a 100kw propane generator. The document provides clarifications on three key inquiries from potential bidders regarding site visit scheduling, existing equipment specifications, and installation requirements.
The current generator on site is a Generac 100kw, 3-phase, 120/240v model (Serial Number: 3005051834, Model Number: QT10068AVAC) fueled by liquid propane with an ASCO 600-amp service entrance rated transfer switch. A 1000-gallon LP tank and all connections are already installed and ready for hookup. No fuel piping modifications, regulators, or pressure testing will be required; contractors need only replace the existing generator. Interested parties may schedule a site visit by contacting Jasin Wesberry at 601-300-1171.
