About this file
This document contains an amendment to a request for proposal for disaster recovery services. The amendment provides answers to written questions from prospective offerors. Services requested include road maintenance and construction, tree removal, debris removal, trail maintenance and construction, and equipment rental. Work will support areas within the Southern Region of the USDA Forest Service. The amendment clarifies that tipping fees will be reimbursed as pass-through costs, details are required in technical proposals for unit-based line items, and specifications for trail work can be found at the provided website URL. It also confirms that offerors need not bid on all sub-items.
