Document named Water Cals show a peak demand of 1,800 gallons. Plan Set and Schedule of Items shall be corrected to require a 2,000 gal water tank. Proceed with the 2,000 gal requirement.
8. Sierra Palm Plans – Sheet C2 –Det.A- In the site meeting it was mentioned that the CIAM material
(Compacted Imported Aggregate Material) was only to fill in the voids where the asphalt had been disintegrated and that the existing asphalt was to be left exposed. However, Detail A on this sheet states that there is to be 4” of fill to be placed (and compacted) on top of the existing asphalt finish elevation. Shall we go by what was said in the site meeting, or go by what is in the plan?

a. Detail A Sheet C2 – Note #3 on the detail makes mention of an optional pay item

Unless there is a large void under the slab that needs to be filled, I did not see during the site visit voids that would take such large amounts of concrete. This seems like a very large amount for just “Grout Repairs” at these 4 structures. Can you further clarify?
