About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment 0001 for the Rexford Bench Water Wastewater Improvement project (Solicitation 1240LU25B0001). The amendment includes three key modifications: attaching site visit questions and attendee list, correcting a form block to read "Invitation for Bid (IFB)", and establishing Monday, May 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM MST as the last date to submit questions. The attached site visit document reveals a pre-bid meeting with representatives from the USDA Forest Service and multiple construction contractors, documenting detailed site-specific questions about excavation, debris management, timber salvage, project logistics, and technical specifications.

The project scope involves water and sewer system improvements at the Rexford Bench Campground, with a contract duration of 150 days and a project magnitude estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Key project details include horizontal drilling, potential short-term campground area closures, water table depth of 8.5 feet, and specific requirements for debris disposal, timber salvage, and environmental management. The solicitation is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, limiting award to certified small business vendors. Bids are due on 5/19/2025, and the project will be administered by the USDA Forest Service Intermountain Region.
