About this file

This document is a Schedule of Items for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for painting the interior and exterior of toilet buildings across four ranger districts of the Kootenai National Forest. The RFQ includes a base schedule of items across four ranger districts, as well as option items for additional toilet buildings in the Ksanka and Libby ranger districts. The required services include painting the interior and exterior of single-riser precast concrete toilet buildings at various campgrounds, trailheads, boat launches, and other recreation sites. Offerors must provide unit prices for the specified quantities of interior and exterior painting at each location. The RFQ does not include a public bid opening, and the Government will award one contract to the responsive and responsible offeror providing the best value. Offers for less than the listed quantities may be rejected. Relevant details such as the solicitation number, agency, and contractor requirements are also provided.
