About this file

This document is an Attachment 1 Schedule of Items for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the construction and installation of a raw, bark-on lodgepole jack-leg fence at the Fales Flat Campground in the Bitterroot National Forest.

The RFQ lists two line items: mobilization and the construction and installation of the fence, which is 1,634 feet in length with 2 rails on one side and 1 rail on the other side. The RFQ states that one contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible quote offering the best value to the Government. Payment for bond premiums can be included under the mobilization line item. The successful contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. Offers received after the stated closing date and time will not be considered for award. Contractors are required to acknowledge any amendments. This RFQ does not commit the Government to make an award or pay any costs incurred in preparing a quote.
