The contractor must provide one 12-inch tooth bucket with quick coupler and one 24-inch tooth bucket with quick coupler, both with auxiliary hydraulic systems. Responses are due by September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM MDT, submitted via email to jane.pedrotti@usda.gov. The solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 333120 (small business size standard of 1,250 employees). One firm-fixed price award will be made. Delivery is required within 70 days after receipt of order (ARO) to Plumas NF Supervisor's Office in Quincy, California. Pricing must include all shipping and handling. The contractor must furnish a Certificate of Conformance per FAR 52.246-15, owner's manual, warranty registration, and certificate of origin. All items must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Government acceptance is contingent upon the vehicle meeting all specifications and passing a "TCLOC" (Tires, Controls, Lights, Oil, Chassis) inspection upon delivery.
