The solicitation covers a base year from 12/15/2025 to 12/14/2026 with one option year from 12/15/2026 to 12/14/2027, with services required at four primary locations: Alta Lakes Camping Area, Hope Lake Trailhead, Thunder Trailhead, and East Naturita Snowmobile Parking Area. The contract involves providing standard and ADA portable toilets, with cleaning frequencies ranging from weekly to every two weeks depending on the site and season.
The solicitation (Solicitation Number 1240LP25Q0103) is a 100% small business set-aside with a total of 7 portable toilets needed across different sites. Vendors must submit their complete proposal by email to jane.pedrotti@usda.gov by September 17, 2025 at 3:00 PM MDT, and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
