Questions and Answers- Solicitation 1240LP23Q0046 BHNF Northern Hills Weed Treatment

Question 1:

Besides the SOW are there any specifications that can be provided?

Answer 1:

See additional specifications pages (attached).

Question 2:

Is this project paid by gross area covered by the crew or GPS measured net acres sprayed?

Answer 2:

The project is paid by Treated or wetted acres, not gross area covered. Most treatment areas are within timber sales areas, so contractors should expect to deal with steep terrain and downed timber laying on the forest floor, and grazing allotment fences. With these obstacles treatment can be slowed in trying to achieve targeted acres.
