Amendment No. 002 - Pit Toilet Decommissioning - SERVICE
Continuation of Standard Form 30 (Block 14)
This amendment makes the following changes:
The response date to the solicitation is extended to Sunday, September 22, 2024, 10:30 PM, Pacific Time.
The 2024 Fiscal Year ends this month. It’s anticipated an award will be made and announced shortly after the revised solicitation closing date. No further questions will be taken after the posting of this amendment.
If you want to submit a revised quote for any reason, complete and return page 2 of Amendment 001.
Please write “Revised Quote” on the revised quote. Revised quotes will be accepted.
Revised/detailed directions to access 3 of the 5 pit toilets to be decommissioned are provided below.
Clear Lake:
19 miles from McKenzie River Ranger Station
57600 McKenzie Hwy, Blue River, OR 97413
From McKenzie River Ranger Station travel east on OR-126 for 18.3 miles. Turn Right onto NF-775 which leads into Clear Lake Day Use Area. Drive on road until you see the pit toilet or reach the coordinates listed above.
Landis Cabin:
33 miles from McKenzie River Ranger Station
57600 McKenzie Hwy, Blue River, OR 97413
From McKenzie River Ranger Station travel west on OR-126 for 7.4 miles. Turn left onto Aufderheide Dr/Cougar Dam Rd towards Cougar Reservoir. Continue on Aufderheide Dr for approximately 9.7 miles then turn right onto S Fork Rd/NF-19. Continue on NF-19 for 16 miles.
Huckleberry Flats:
15.3 miles from Middle Fork Ranger Station
From Middle Fork Ranger Station turn right to travel south on OR-58. Continue on OR-58 for 4.0 miles.
Then turn left onto Crestview St which will take you by the Oakridge schools. Travel on Crestview St for 0.2 then turn right onto 1 St. Continue for 0.4 miles then turn left onto Oak St and then turn onto 2nd St. Shortly after that, the road curves slightly left and becomes Westfir-Oakridge Rd. Stay on Westfir-Oakridge Rd for 0.4 miles. Continue straight through the T junction and the road will become High Prairie Rd. Continue on High Prairie Rd for 1.7 miles then turn right at the T junction to stay on High Prairie Rd. Continue on High Prairie Rd for 4.4 miles and then turn right onto Huckleberry Rd/NF- 1928. Continue on Huckleberry Rd for 3.8 miles. At this point, the road will split, take the road on the left for approximately 0.2 miles and the pit toilet will be on the left.
