About this file

This is an amendment to a solicitation for janitorial services at the Umpqua National Forest Supervisor's Office. The amendment provides additional details to the solicitation such as clarifying that the square footage of vinyl flooring is approximately 2,500 square feet and consists of luxury vinyl tile and laminate. It also specifies that the janitorial closets are located on the first floor and that the Schedule of Items is corrected to state that the requirement is for power washing of concrete pads in front of the building and in the courtyard, totaling 1,500 square feet, rather than cleaning the parking lot. Quotes are due by March 18, 2024 and must be emailed to the contracting officer. An in-person site visit is mandatory and two dates are provided. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses and is for janitorial services at the Umpqua National Forest Supervisor's Office in Roseburg, Oregon.
