About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for janitorial services at the Zig Zag Ranger Station in Oregon. The solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price "requirements" contract for janitorial services including basic cleaning, windows, floors, carpet, and outside restrooms. The contract has a base period from 1/1/2025 to 12/31/2025 with four one-year option periods. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 561720 with a $22 million size standard. Key changes in this amendment include correcting the performance work statement, adding a prohibition on certain telecommunications equipment, scheduling an additional site visit, and incorporating updated questions and answers. The incumbent contractor is American Cleaning Solutions.
