4. SOW Addendum added to the Solicitation #12405B22Q0275 on 08/10/22. As such, I request arborist information as we were informed that we cannot touch any fruit located on the grounds of the Subtropical Horticultural Research Station without being ejected from the property. Given the sensitivity of the research and possibility of infecting other local trees, we feel that any trimming / removal needs to be done by a recommended arborist.

Response: This area is not an issue of concern. An arborist is not needed/required. More information regarding the fruit on the property will be discussed with the contract awardee.

5. Can an additional site visit be scheduled for the referenced solicitation?

Response: The location is not hosting an additional site visit. Site visits are recommended but not required.

6. Will there be an area set up, on site for contractor to store equipment and supplies?

Response: Yes, there will be a set up area designated for this project. Please note that this will be an open area that is not covered, and items left on our property are entirely the responsibility of the vendor.
