U.S. Embassy Mexico City GSO/Property Scope of Work - Residential Air Purifiers, FY2018

Requirement for Indefinite Quantity and Delivery:

The GSO Property office at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires an indefinite quantity of air purifiers (between 1,000 and 1,800) delivered in near equal deliveries between April and September, 2018. The period of performance for this contract is April 2018 through December 31, 2018.

Post’s current supply of home air purifiers does not meet the Department’s Safety and Health office performance standards. Therefore, in FY2018, all 1,000 existing air purifiers will be replaced. Additionally, post’s furnishings policy is under review which may increase the average number of air purifiers per home from 2.3 to 4 and thus increase the number of air purifiers on the order from 1,000 to 1,800.

We anticipate needing three monthly deliveries of 333 air purifiers and their corresponding air filters. Current date estimates require the first delivery of 333 air purifiers in April, the second delivery of 333 air purifiers in May, and the final delivery of 334 air purifier units in June to total 1,000 units. If more units are required, then we anticipate requesting a delivery amount of a similar quantity. We anticipate those deliveries will take place in July, August and September 2018; however, we may order under this contract through December 31, 2018.
