About this file
This document is a Contractor Questions and Government Responses file for federal contract 1232SA26Q1079, titled "Dry Bean Winter Nursery." The file addresses clarifications regarding the operational requirements for the dry bean seed nursery contract. The government has specified that seed plots must be conducted in open-field agriculture settings rather than greenhouse environments, as the open-field setting provides necessary opportunities for selection of the best breeding lines. A critical constraint noted in the general statement is that the requirement involves travel by U.S. Government Officials, and any work location designated as a "Do Not Travel" region by the U.S. Department of State will not be considered for performance of this contract.
