About this file
The document is a Contractor Request for Information (RFI) and Government Response file containing three specific contractor inquiries related to a fire sprinkler and fire pump repair project. The questions seek information about:
- Previous inspection reports for fire sprinkler systems and fire pump (with government response indicating an attached inspection report)
- Location details for a pipe replacement in Building 9 (government response confirms the pipe is less than 6 feet off the floor)
- Volume of anti-freeze system that needs recharging (government response indicates no anti-freeze volume information is available)
This document appears to be part of the pre-solicitation information gathering phase for the USDA Agricultural Research Service solicitation (1232SA25Q0091) for repair work at the U.S. Salinity Laboratory in Riverside, California, which is structured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a $19M size standard under NAICS code 238220.
