The solicitation is issued by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), with responses due on August 25, 2025, at 10am EST. Contractors must be prepared to manage call center operations, potentially with remote agents, and meet performance requirements outlined in the solicitation. The contract requires submission of a technical quote limited to 40 pages, including technical approach, management approach, and past performance information. Wage determinations, labor categories, and a detailed pricing breakdown are also required. Notably, there are no bid or performance bonds for this solicitation, and the government has indicated this procurement is to fulfill a current requirement need.
