This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity 12318726Q0159 for Center Support Services at Collbran Job Corps.
The document addresses a contractor inquiry regarding whether intakes and therapy sessions can be conducted virtually. Clinical service hours must be provided on a weekly basis with scheduling established through mutual agreement between the contractor and center personnel. A reasonable schedule is defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, evening and weekend hours are acceptable if mutually agreed upon. Contract employees are entitled to two 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch break during an eight-hour workday. The answer is specific to Collbran Job Corps and does not address service delivery requirements for the other 24 Job Corps stations nationwide.
