Question: The solicitation requires the seed be available to pickup on April 1st but the quote is due March 31st. When will seeds needs to be available for pickup?
Response: Seeds will need to be available for pickup on April 7, 2025.
Question: Would a comparable product be sufficient for this solicitation?
Response: B394EE, B405EE or B423EE (or equal) would be acceptable substitutions for B402EE.
Question: If vendor is located in another state. Is that an automatic disqualification for the Solicitation in Maryland?
Response: Seed dealer must be located within 60 miles of Beltsville, MD 20705 to allow pick up and return of unused seed by USDA staff or provide free pickup, delivery, and return of seed and containers.
