FOR B010A, B012, and B047A.

15 April 2024

Queson 1: Can you confirm that the scope of work has been modified to remove the following buildings: B163F, B307, B307C & B308?

Response 1: See Amendment 0001 to the solicitaon.

Queson 2: Can you confirm that the electrical Fire Pump breaker switch will be idenfied and clearly marked for the contractor in the Building 010A downstairs Electrical Room prior to the start of work by a party other than the contractor.

Response 2: See Amendment 0002, Secon 2.4.

Queson 3: Can you confirm the government's expectaon that an all new system should be installed in Building 047A and not just the replacement of the panel? It is the contractors' concern that a new panel may not be compable with the exisng hardware creang and issue for both organizaons.

Response 3: See Amendment 0002, Secon 3.7

Queson 4: During the performance of work, how many meengs per week are required with the government and the site superintendent under normal condions? For example, would one update meeng, lasng around 1 hour, per week be sufficient?

Response 4: See Amendment 0002, Secon 3.7

Queson 5: Does the government require a site superintendent be onsite at all mes during the performance of work or just available as needed required? We will have a competent union crew leader and journeyman onsite daily and am curious if will need to factor in the addional labor for a full-me site superintendent, or just a standard set of hours for a weekly meeng and the meeng minute creaon that are due to the government thereaer.

Response 5: See Amendment 0002, Secon 3.2.

Queson 6: Controller Only with or without Transfer Switch?

Response 6: See Amendment 0002, Secon 3.2.

Queson 7: Bldg 101A - What is the informaon on the electrical disconnect switch (amp rang, volt rang, etc.) being used?

Response 7: See Amendment 0002, Secon 3.2.

Queson 8: Bldg 101A - Is the exisng fire pump controller installed without a disconnect switch prior to the controller?

Response 8: See Amendment 0002, Secon 3.2.

Queson 9: Bldg 012 - We are only replacing the exisng smoke detectors, not installing new smoke detectors, correct?

Response 9: See Amendment 0001 to the solicitaon.

Queson 10: Bldg 307 - Are we looking to replace this panel and keep all field devices the same?

Response 10: See Amendment 0001 to the solicitaon.

Queson 11: Bldg 307 - Are we able to swap the whole system? It may be more cost effecve to go with a non-proprietary fire alarm panel and bring the facility up to code.

Response 11: See Amendment 0001 to the solicitaon.

Queson 12: Bldg 308 -We were told this was removed from the scope. Can you verify that this is correct?

Response 12: See Amendment 0001 to the solicitaon.

Queson 13: Title Pg: The tle page list B163F. There is no writen scope of work in the documents sent.

Can you verify that there is no work needed in this building?
