All components will need to be set in place, bolted together, supported, and lagged. Silos will need supporting concrete pads for each. Silos to be assembled on site.
Three belt conveyors will come with support legs that need to be lagged to the floor.
Support in this area needs to come from the ground up.
Auger motor drives will need to be suspended from the ceiling via cable or chain.
Stand to be fabricated on site to support crumbler over conveyor.
Stand to be fabricated on site to raise mixer / blender for auger access.
Silo Concrete example (exact specs to follow):

There will be one central control panel provided by Automated Extractions. This control panel can be fed with either 480V 3-P or 208V 3-P. All motors and sensors will wire to this one control panel. The motor list is below:
Sensor and E-stop connections:
2ea. E-stops. One located at the mixer/pellet mill and one located at the crumbler 3ea. Load sensor 0-10VDC signals from each silo to the main control panel 2ea. Position signals from the diverter gate on the pellet mill feed.
Possible control panel location. To be confirmed by USDA
Pneumatics: Diverter gate and pneumatic vibrators will be used. Supply air (1/2”) to be fed to the main control panel. Pneumatic tube connections from the control panel need to be run per the below:
Vibrator pneumatic tube connections 3/8”
Diverter valve 2-way tube connections (one for open and one for closed) ¼”

Automated Extractions will work closely with the architectural / engineering firm. It is also highly recommended to employ a general contractor to supervise all on site contractor work.
Local contractors will be required to perform the following work. Automated Extractions will work closely with the contractors supplying all relevant information, schematics, and point to point electrical connection diagrams.
RIGGING:
• Unpacking equipment on site
• Rigging, hanging, & lagging equipment into place
Metal Work:
• On site fabrication of adapters and supports
• For existing equipment adaptation to quoted equipment
ELECTRICAL WORK:
• Main power connections to the AE panel
• Motor connections from the AE panel
• I/O connections from the various sensors and switches to the AE panel
• E-stop connections to the AE panel
PLUMBING:
• Plumbing lines to the pelletizer conditioner (if hard piping is desired)
• Air lines to the pneumatic vibrators, and actuators
NOTE: Compressed air will be required. If a compressor is needed, please contact Automated Extractions for a quotation.
