About this file
This is a bid price schedule document for a Vegetation Management & Related Products competitive solicitation conducted by Washington State's Department of Enterprise Services (DES). The solicitation seeks qualified bidders to supply liquid and dry vegetation management products, including herbicides, aquatic herbicides, adjuvants, surfactants, and ornamental products for use by Washington state agencies, municipalities, and other eligible purchasers managing highways, city streets, forestry areas, nurseries, and other state-managed lands. The bid price schedule appears to establish pricing for various vegetation management product categories that will be available through this contract vehicle, with the document structured to capture line-item pricing for the different product classifications and related offerings.
The pricing document serves as the mechanism through which bidders submit their cost proposals for the range of vegetation management products covered under this statewide contract opportunity. This competitive procurement allows multiple qualified vendors to be awarded contracts, enabling participating agencies and municipalities to access vegetation management supplies at negotiated rates. The document format suggests a standardized pricing schedule approach, facilitating consistent bid evaluation and comparison across multiple product lines and enabling flexibility for purchasers to source needed vegetation management products from awarded vendors throughout the contract period.
