4. Hard hats are to be in use at all time on the projected construction site;

5. All heavy equipment must have a ROPS (Roll

Over Protection Structure) installed;

6. As a Services Contract, there is no engineer design with specifications. The WRPO will serve as a guideline for the construction of the potholes, seedings, etc. in combination with the

Conservation Plan Map.

7. In reference to the Bid Sheet, payments will be Fixed price ¿ lump sum. They will occur as line items with a lump sum for each item.

8. Because this is a Certified Organic site, all brush management practices must be done mechanically only;

The mix ratio of willow species to be used for a total of 300 whips will be specified.

10. Reinforced that the WRPO and map will provide details on the construction of potholes.

It is the Contractors responsibility to scale construction sizes using the map.

11. Top soil must be replaced on constructed areas including the edges of potholes, mounds, etc. It must be sourced from the site to avoid seed of invasive plant material to be introduced.

12. Critical area plantings will be adjusted as needed. Please refer to the updated seed mixes listed in the WRPO.

13. Crucial: the bottom of the pothole must be compacted for a depth of 3 feet as the established general dimension due to the nature of the soils on site (sandy loam; clay).

14. The WRPO will provide information on wetland restoration of potholes on page 5, indicating a depth of 3 feet, factoring in compaction. Pothole

1 is the largest with a maximum depth of 4.5 feet restored to a depth of 4 feet.

15. Following the submitter request, if the

Contractor is awarded they will be responsible for providing the following certification requirements:

(a) Certificate of Liability Insurance and
